When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment is processed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

If you create an account, we also store your email and order history so you can check past orders.

When you visit the site, basic analytics data like page views and browser type may be collected. We don't use this to identify you personally.

Your information is used to process and ship your order, send you order confirmations and tracking numbers, and respond if you contact us.

We don't sell your information to anyone. We don't send marketing emails unless you sign up for them.

We use a few outside services to run the store:

• Stripe handles payment processing. They have their own privacy policy.
• Canada Post handles shipping. We share your name and address with them to deliver your order.
• Firebase hosts the website and stores account/order data.
• Cloudflare provides security and bot protection on the site.

The site uses cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. These are functional cookies, not tracking or advertising cookies.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time. Just send us a message through the contact page and we'll take care of it.
