All orders are shipped through Canada Post.

How shipping works

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. No international shipping at the moment.

Once you place an order, we usually get it packed and handed off to Canada Post within 1-2 business days. After that, most deliveries take about 5-10 business days depending on how far you are from Ontario.

You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another one with a tracking number once it ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. It's the Canada Post rate. We don't add anything on top.

You'll see the exact shipping cost on the checkout page before you pay.

How do I track my order?

We'll email you a Canada Post tracking number when it ships. If you made an account, you can also check from the orders page.

My package arrived damaged

Send us a message within 48 hours with a couple photos. We'll either send a replacement or refund you.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If we haven't shipped it yet, yes. Just get in touch as soon as you can.

Do you do express shipping?

Not yet. Just Canada Post standard for now.
