This website is operated by Faridoon's Beauty Plus. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We do our best to show accurate product images and descriptions. Colours may look slightly different on screen than in person. If you receive something that doesn't match what was listed, get in touch and we'll figure it out.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include tax. We can change prices at any time, but any order you've already placed will be charged at the price shown when you checked out.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email after payment goes through. Payment is handled by Stripe and is charged at checkout.

We can cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if there's a pricing error. If that happens, you'll get a full refund.

We ship across Canada through Canada Post. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with Canada Post, delays are outside our control, but we'll help however we can.

You can return unopened items within 30 days. If something arrived damaged or isn't right, let us know and we'll work with you on a refund or replacement.

You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your password safe. Let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Our products are cosmetic and intended for external use only. We're not liable for any adverse reactions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a doctor if needed.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
