Changed your mind or something went wrong? Here's how returns work.
What can be returned
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery as long as it's unopened and still in the original packaging.
If your order included bonus bottles, those have to come back with it. Reach out to us before sending anything so we can give you the return address.
How to send it back
Go to the contact page and send us your order number and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you within a couple business days.
Ship it back with tracking. If the package goes missing on the way to us, there's not much we can do, so tracking protects both of us.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Expect it within 5-7 business days.
Original shipping costs aren't refunded, and return shipping is on you.
Common questions
Something arrived damaged?
Send us photos within 48 hours. We'll replace it or give you a full refund including shipping.
What if I opened it and something looks off?
If the product looks or smells wrong, or the consistency is off, contact us with a photo. We'll sort it out.
How long does a refund take?
About 5-7 business days after we receive the return. It goes back to the card or method you paid with.
